Protect personal information
> Always keep your workstation
locked when you are not at your desk.
> Do not share passwords with
your work colleagues.
> Choose a strong passwords
(don't use a single dictionary word;
a hobby or family or pet's name. Use a
sentence with upper and lower case)
Your password should be at least 8 characters and have UPPER Case, Lower Case
and numbers.
> Do not write your passwords
down or leave them written down somewhere on your desk.
> Ensure company confidential
information in electronic or hard copy is securely protected
by a password or locked away.
> Ensure portable devices (e.g.
memory sticks, laptops, PDAs and Blackberry's) are encrypted
